New Chapters is a family run service that offers vulnerable adults and children the opportunity to live independently but in a supported environment. We also run an alternative learning provision in Cheddar, Penstone Farm, for students aged 11 - 25.

We are passionate about providing the personal touch for the families we work with and the individuals we support, as we endeavour to be more than just a support provider but to be an integral part of the journey for the people we have the privilege to support.

The service offers the opportunity for individuals to live within supported accommodation, and to have the choice of staff support with maintaining welfare and choice, support with daily living skills, support with emotional needs, whilst maintaining a level of independence which meets with the assessed needs of the individual. The individual will have the opportunity be supported with managing their own tenancy, finances, maintaining access to the community and building their future.

New Chapters wants to offer a managed service that offers a future to those who need it and be able to see individuals gain self respect, confidence, skills, education and prospects that are comfortable and at a level that they feel is possible for them to manage independently and in the community.

We pride ourselves in offering this opportunity to an individual for as long as they need it without the restrictions of time.

New Chapters has been established to maintain and endeavour to support and impact upon this. It is important that whatever walk of life you are from, irrespective of your abilities, there should be a service open to you that can support and encourage you to flourish.
