Supported Living for Young People

Through supported living, we can support young people aged 16+ to develop independence and fulfil their lives in their local communities.

Our support is person-centred, enabling each young person to grow and develop their skills and independence, ready for adulthood.

Supported living allows young people to remain in or return to their own communities, close to family and friends, and able to continue using local facilities and services. It allows young people to become more confident and independent, leading to greater self-esteem.

We want our young people to feel safe, secure, and comfortable in their new surroundings. We provide our young residents with a wide-ranging support network designed to help in any way they may need it to.

Feeling comfortable, happy, and safe in your home is crucial to your wellbeing and development, so we work hard to create such environments.

We operate our own properties in Bristol and North Somerset, providing semi-independent living accommodation for young people. This includes their own self-contained flats, with access to communal living areas and full support from our professional, on-site staff. As well as a safe place to live, we also help our young people forge links with their local community, supporting them in becoming the best that they can be.
